Commitment to the environment

GFUnion's commitment to environmental care is always reflected in our efforts to prevent and integrate care for our environmental impact in each of our actions and work proposals, avoiding, to the best of our knowledge and ability, causing irreparable damage to the planet.

We carry out practices that help to reduce and make our energy consumption more efficient, the natural resources used, as well as the greenhouse gas emissions that may result from our actions.
This commitment to environmental care is also reflected in the implementation of practices for the management of the waste generated in the course of our activities.
Both in the offices and in the production plant, a Photovoltaic Solar Installation has been carried out in different phases, which currently allows us to generate almost half of the energy we consume thanks to the solar panels.
Almost 500 KWp which means that our company avoids more than 160 tons of CO2 to the environment.
Our commitment to the environment, to sustainability and to the care of our Planet is latent in everything we do, such as the acquisition of electric vehicles, the implementation of ISO 14001, the choice of recycled and recyclable packaging… and now also with the use of Solar Energy.
As part of our environmental policy we have a strong commitment to using sustainable packaging. This is a task that we are gradually carrying out in order to be able to have all our packaging recycled and recyclable.

We support the most disadvantaged social groups by donating products and collaborating with charitable associations.
